We provide educational services, cybersecurity training and prevention technologies for companies to develop an effective infrastructure to appropriately manage risk. Our team works with companies to develop incident response plans and perform table-top exercises, penetration testing and war-gaming. We also provide consulting services on vendor agreements and aid clients for certification under the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (“SAFETY Act”). We currently serve as breach counsel to companies in various areas including healthcare institutions, construction companies, managed service providers, municipalities, professional services, retail, technology and financial institutions. Our team provides guidance and advice during the breach response process by working closely with internal IT departments and forensic vendors to help mitigate damage and restore services. We also counsel our clients regarding notification obligations and regulatory compliance requirements while assisting them on both the state and federal levels with regulator inquiries and governmental investigations.
