The Lewis Brisbois Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Team is led by a former cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ), and includes a former USDOJ Crisis Management Coordinator who also served as a cyber attorney, and over ten Certified Information Privacy Professionals. In addition to federal law enforcement and privacy backgrounds, members of the team have substantial experience in payment card industry and healthcare matters, as well as technology, intellectual property protection, and complex litigation.
